Orders are requests

Online payment isn't switched on yet. When you check out, you're sending an order request: no card is charged. We confirm availability, price, shipping and payment with you by email. An order is accepted only when we confirm it.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change until we confirm your order. Items marked "Price on request" are priced when we confirm.

Subscriptions

Each subscription starts as a request we confirm. After that you can skip a delivery, pause or cancel from your account.

Trade accounts

Trade pricing is for approved business accounts and their own purchasing.
